Book a free online medical clearance appointment with Maria, my nurse practitioner. This appointment is required before treatment can begin.

The appointment will take less than 10 minutes and is done through an app on your phone. You will have to be on camera for the appointment. If you do not have an iPhone, you will need access to a computer with webcam capabilities. Although the appointment will be quick, make sure you’re somewhere private as Maria will ask for information regarding your health history. Let her know about all services you may be interested in as this treatment is good for a year! You will receive an email 30 minutes prior to your appointment time with a link to join your virtual appointment!
There will be a $20 no-show fee if you schedule a medical clearance appointment and either don’t log on or cancel last minute. We have limited consult times available and this fee helps to ensure that Maria’s time is respected and that we can make time for every patient!
