With years of experience in high-intensity, trauma-focused environments, she has learned the value of resilience, integrity, and dedication. Christina leads with heart and a focus on building safe, deep, meaningful relationships with my patients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.
Outside of her professional life, my greatest joy is spending time with her daughter. She reminds Christina every day to embrace life’s creativity and spontaneity. Christina is passionate about self-care and believes it is essential for staying grounded in such a fast-paced world. Whether she’s practicing yoga, diving into the latest fashion trends, or working on a creative project, Christina seeks balance in everything she does. One of her favorite hobbies, knitting, allows her to slow down and create something beautiful with her hands—much like the personalized care she provides at her practice.
