Tox Parties can be safe and ethical when handled with the appropriate care and professionalism. The key is ensuring that the provider has the necessary training and resources available to them to address any potential complications. Some people require or even prefer to receive healthcare services at home, so the same high-quality safety standards are applied to these events.
Providers should use sterile and individually packaged supplies, adhere to clean or sterile techniques, and conduct proper patient assessments prior to treatment. It is also crucial that consents are obtained prior to treatment, before-and-after photos are taken, and that the provider has the correct insurance coverage. To further ensure safety, it is strongly advised that alcohol not be served during tox parties.
All patients attending these events must have a health assessment completed by a licensed medical professional, such as an MD, PA, APRN, or NP, to ensure the safety and suitability of the procedure for each individual.
A Tox Party is great for a night with friends, business events, bachelorette parties, etc., This will closely follow the same process as a regular patient appointment, but takes place at a location of your choice. One person will be responsible for booking the service and down payment. Please indicate the number of attendees and the desired date in the provided space during booking. If the exact number of attendees is unknown, please provide a general estimate.
After booking, if you are a new patient, you will need to schedule an appointment with my APRN and complete your own health assessment forms. I will reach out within 24 hours via email with further instructions and any additional questions I may have.
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please provide at least two weeks’ notice for Tox Parties. This allows each attendee to complete their paperwork and assessments prior to treatment, helps guarantee availability for myself and my APRN, as well as guarantees the appropriate anticipated amount of product needed for the event. If you require sooner availability, I will coordinate with my APRN to complete assessments and paperwork during the party itself, prior to treatment. Please note that this may require additional time and could incur extra hourly charges dependent on the size of party.
Tox Parties are a serivce fee of $350, which covers time and travel, in addition to the cost of each individual treatment. All bookings require a $100 down payment, which will be applied to the total fee for the party at the end of the service.
Parties greater than 10 people will receive tox at a discounted rate of $13/unit.
No. Although both involve extensive education and expertise, dermal fillers require a different skill level, precision, and focus compared to neuromodulators and a controlled environment is imperative to ensure each patient’s safety.
All first time patients are required to complete a telehealth appointment with my Medical Director, Maria Schepis, APRN, Owner of Beautifully You Aesthetics, PLLC prior to receiving any treatments by me. Each patient has to complete this assessment once per year. This complimentary 15-20 minute consultation is a critical step in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and ethical practice.
During this appointment, Maria will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and provide medical recommendations, along with place necessary orders to be carried out by me. In order for me to treat you, I need her. It is imperative Maria’s time is highly respected and that all your medical forms and consents are completed before your appointment with her.
Following your appointment with her, I will review your information and develop a treatment plan based on Maria’s medical recommendations. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and expertise that Maria dedicates to each patient.
You may book your appointment with her and you may also get on my books as well right away. Just please ensure your appointment with Maria is completed prior to your appointment with me. Send me an email if you are having trouble booking or there is scheduling conflicts. We are more than happy to work with you to achieve a positive and patient centered outcome.
The neuromodulator of choice is Jeuveau and the dermal filler of choice is The RHA Collection. Both of these products are approved by the FDA. Botox and Jeuveau are the most chemically similar on the market, both containing the same active ingredient, and is known to last between 3-4 months, but their formulations differ slightly. Jeuveau is created using a technology that helps remove unnecessary proteins and may enhance product absorption, potentially offering a slight safety advantage. The RHA Collection is designed to be more resilient, dynamic, natural looking and longer lasting. Our body’s own hyaluronic acid is long-chain and RHA’s products are the longest chain hyaluronic acids on the market, thus most closely resembling our body’s own HA composition. This is what makes RHA unique, as it can adapt to facial animation better than a lot of other products on the market, creating a softer and more natural appearing enhancement. RHA is also known to last 12-16 months depending on area treated and treatment goals. My personal goal as your provider is to create a refreshed and natural appearance for you to feel your best in. I feel confident these two products are the best choice for achieving this goal. The overall safety of the treatment primarily depends on the skill and expertise of the person administering it.
This can sometimes be a complex and sensitive situation between a provider and a patient. I fully understand these services are a luxury and are an out-of-pocket expense, so sometimes it may feel frustrating if you feel like your provider did not get the dosing right on the first try, despite what you paid. Do understand that there is a meticulous balance of needs that must be met while choosing the appropriate dose for each patient. Maria and I will provide our recommendation for the number of units based on your desired outcomes, health history, anatomy, and strength of your muscles while simultaneously make effort to respect any financial limitations. Sometimes financial limitations can result in the under-dosing of certain areas if the recommended number of units is not injected. We will do our best to work with you on a common solution. Another dosing scenario that could occur is the ‘first-timer shock’ post-treatment. Due to this, I aim to start dosing low and slow if you are a person who is new to aesthetics and neuromodulators. This will create a more subtle result while you acclimate to your new aesthetic journey. The option to return in 2 weeks for a complimentary follow up is always advised. This is where we can discuss results, if more units are needed, or touch up any areas that may be uneven. Compensation of administered services during 2-week follow ups are entirely situational and I will ensure that all facts are considered and I will be as fair as possible throughout each scenario.
Your care is in the hands of a highly trained and experienced medical professional. With over 10 years working in the healthcare profession, I started off as a Certified Nursing Assistant right out of High School, to then taking a job as an Anesthesia Tech in the Operating Room, I soon moved on to graduate with 3 degrees from Kishwaukee College finishing with a 4.0 GPA. I then obtained my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University with a 4.0 GPA shortly after. I am now a Licensed Registered Nurse with 6 years of experience, starting off at a Level 1 Trauma ICU and then moving on to a Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department, which I still currently work in, providing critical care in some of the most demanding and high-stress environments. I hold additional state issued licenses such as a Trauma Nurse Specialist and Emergency Communications Registered Nurse, which are supplemental licenses that require extensive training, dedication, and months to obtain. In conjunction to my patient care experience, I also have 1 year of experience managing 2 Methadone Clinics and a team of nurses, prompting me to gain experience working closely with the DEA as well as sharpening my leadership and management skills.
In addition to my critical care background, I am certified in adult and pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Trauma Nurse Core Course, and serve as a Stop The Bleed Instructor. These up-to-date credentials reflect my deep commitment to patient safety and education in life-saving evidence-based skills.
With 1.5 years of experience working concurrently in a medical spa, I became certified in administering injectables, such as Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, PRF, fat dissolving injections, and vitamin injections. My extensive and all-encompassing healthcare background enables me to offer the highest standard of care, ensuring that every treatment is tailored to your needs and executed in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner.
I am consistent to stay up to date with the ever-changing field of aesthetics. I have attended cadaver trainings and out of state educational conferences from companies such as RHA, Jeuveau, and Inmode.
Your safety, well-being, and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I look forward to partnering with you on your aesthetic journey.
Book a complimentary 30-minute consultation with me for an in-depth assessment, personalized recommendation, and to begin building our relationship. I am here to join you on this new journey, which can sometimes feel scary. Establishing a trust-driven, integrity-focused nurse-patient relationship is key to ensuring the highest standard of care. Achieving your desired results can sometimes take time—up to 1-2 years in some cases. My approach is “low and slow,” aiming to minimize any sudden changes or feelings of shock and to introduce treatments gradually for a balanced, natural outcome. Remember, really good things take time!
Best practice is to complete both the paperwork and the assessment with our Medical Director prior to your consultation with me. This ensures that we can fully assess your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. It is rare for a patient to opt out of treatment entirely after the consultation, unless a medical concern or condition is identified that makes treatment inadvisable, which could potentially be caught within the first appointment with Maria. By completing this process, you set yourself up for a seamless experience and a plan tailored to your needs. Additionally, if time allows during a consultation, you may be able to receive treatment during that appointment if all steps are taken care of in advance and can prevent having to wait a potentially long time to get back on my schedule.
Step 1. You will use my website or link on social media to get to my booking page.
Step 2. Browse and select the service of your choice. If you have any special requests such as combining services or if you have any information you would like me to be aware of prior to our service, you will have the opportunity to write a message when booking. This allows me to be fully prepared for your visit and make any necessary timing adjustments to ensure a high-quality, personalized appointment.
Step 3. After selecting a service, if you are a new patient, you will be prompted to review my Medical Director’s calendar to schedule a complimentary 15–20 minute health assessment via Telehealth. Detailed instructions will be provided during the booking process. Please note: This consultation with Maria is mandatory with no exceptions for all first-time patients and must be repeated annually for each patient. After your initial visit with us, you may bypass her booking link and book directly with me. I will always remind you when your 1-year follow-up assessment with Maria is due.
Step 4. Once you’ve completed your booking with my Medical Director, Maria, you may proceed directly to my calendar and select an appointment time that best fits your schedule.
Step 5. Once you have chosen an appointment time, you will continue to complete the booking process. At this stage, you will be required to sign a few consents and review our policies. You will also need to place a card on file with a $100 booking deposit. Consultations are exempt from this booking deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout after your appointment is completed. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you have any discount codes, this is also the time to apply them.
Step 6. Once your appointments are booked, you will be prompted by the booking site with new patient paperwork that must be completed prior to your appointment with Maria. This is essential to ensure a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience. Please note that extra time is not allocated within appointments to complete paperwork. Our goal is to use our time together to thoroughly discuss your health, complete an assessment, and develop a treatment plan, rather than filling out forms. Both Maria and I can provide you with a more personalized and thorough experience when we have the time to review your information in advance. Help us help you by completing your paperwork prior to your visit.
Please review the policy page provided within the website.
Yes, packages are available. Unfortunately, there is no option to customize packages or price match. Rest assured, there is a package option for every service offered with a generous discount on each individual service. I aim to provide high value services matched with opportunity for accessible treatment.

Feeling concerned about you results or even the choice you made to receive a treatment for the first time can be scary, but is a normal feeling. There are times when a lack of sufficient or clear patient education from your provider, unrealistic treatment result expectations, the composition of your body’s anatomy, or your biological reactivity to foreign substances can be what provokes these concerns. Rest assured, if there are ANY concerns or complications, I advise you contact me immediately or seek a higher level of care if the situation calls for it. For all non-health related concerns stemming from treatment, best practice is to always book a 2-week follow-up so that I can evaluate the efficacy of treatment results and provide more patient education or a touch up as necessary.
Drink adequate fluids and be hydrated prior to appointment. Please eat a meal at at least 45 minutes prior to prevent any syncopal episodes. Come with a clean, makeup free face. If you have a history of oral herpes or cold sores, you must be pre medicated with an antiviral prescribed by your doctor for 2-3 days prior to any lip fillers. Do not have any flights scheduled for 72 hours post treatment. You may not receive treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol or caffeine for 24 hours prior to treatment to prevent any bleeding. Avoid all blood thinning medications and supplements for 1 week prior to treatment. This includes aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, and Aleve. Also avoid herbal supplements such as garlic, vitamin E, ginko biloba, St. John’s Wort and omega-3/fish oil capsules. Any patient on a prescribed blood thinner MUST obtain written approval from prescribing doctor in order to proceed with treatment. Absolutely no exceptions. Do not stop prescribed blood-thinning medications prior to speaking with your prescribing physician. Consider booking your appointment around major events and allow yourself 2-4 weeks for swelling to decrease and filler to tissue-integrate prior to any important plans. You must have no signs or symptoms of any active infection including cold, flu, UTI or other infectious processes, as this can result in an inflammatory response, causing your body to attack the filler.
