WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
  1. All forms must be filled out before arrival
  2. Wear same color shirt to each visit for the most consistent before-and-after photos. Different colors reflect light onto skin differently and can change how your results appear in photos. There’s always someone online who likes to point that out.
  3. I focus on long-term results, not quick fixes. I believe that aesthetic treatments are a form of basic health/beauty maintenance and should be treated as such (similar to going to the dentist twice a year or the gym. Most patients will start with a treatment package and then maintain their results/keep working on goals over the subsequent years with 1-2 treatments per year generally.


DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
  1. Rather than frequent discounts, I focus on providing long-term value through thoughtfully designed treatment packages and personalized treatment plans. I occasionally offer seasonal promotions, appreciation events, and exclusive offers throughout the year.
  2. Tox clients can also lock in $12/unit (regularly $15/unit) by pre-booking their next appointment before leaving their visit *MINIMUM 40 UNITS*

WHY ARE YOUR TREATMENTS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN SOME OTHER PRACTICES?
  1. You’ll work directly with me from consultation to follow-up, never a receptionist, call center, or rotating injector. 
  2. There will be no turnover of staff.
  3. Every appointment is intentionally scheduled with enough time to answer your questions, educate you, and never make you feel rushed.
  4. You’ll have direct access to me after your treatment if questions come up, so you’re never left figuring things out on your own.
  5. I only recommend treatments I genuinely believe will benefit you, not what’s most profitable.
  6. I continuously invest in premium products, advanced technology, ongoing education, medical oversight, and emergency preparedness to provide safe, high-quality care.
  7. I prioritize long-term relationships over high patient volume, so every treatment plan is personalized with your long-term goals in mind.


ARE YOUR SERVICES REFUNDABLE?
  1. Medical treatments are professional services, not retail products. You’re investing in my time, clinical judgment, expertise, and the treatment itself, which cannot be returned once performed.
  2. Many treatments continue improving over days, weeks, or months, so final results often aren’t visible immediately after your appointment.
  3. Every patient heals differently. Individual anatomy, metabolism, and healing responses vary, so no ethical medical provider can guarantee identical results.
  4. Your investment includes more than the treatment itself, including consultation, treatment planning, documentation, and ongoing follow-up care.
  5. A no-refund policy allows me to recommend what’s truly best for you, not make decisions based on the possibility of refunds.
  6. This policy is standard across aesthetic medicine and many professional service industries, where services and expertise cannot be returned once provided.
  7. For larger treatment packages, a 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your appointment and covers preparation time. If you cancel before treatment begins, the deposit is retained and any remaining balance paid will be refunded. If you’ve already received treatment, payments are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is still important, and I’m always happy to evaluate your results and discuss appropriate next steps if concerns arise.
